Welcome to our gallery of some of the older bears we have made. If you like the look of one of these bears why not get in touch and see if we can make you something similar. Several of the bears are made from beautiful mohair that Barbara-Ann has hand dyed in a myriad of dazzling colours, she has also dyed the foot pad material on several of the bears and the dragon to match the mohair. On most of the bears and the dragon we have used Rita from Woodland Teddies sparkling hand painted glass eyes. We stuff the bears with a mixture of plastic pellets and polyester stuffing, this makes their tummies quite soft and squidgable and makes them quite heavy, we like people to know when they're picking up one of our bears. Although the bears are quite loosely jointed to make them more cuddly, most of them will stand without support, as can be seen from their photos, although they do have a tendency to topple over after a few minutes, we think they just get bored.
